Here we have a vintage Millers cement mixer fitted with a Petter A1 engine, everything turns, engine has a little compression so probably won’t take much to get it running, has a spark so probably just a clean up, new fuel, new oil and I reckon it would go. Mixer has vee belts rather than the normal chain drive so that’s different. Wheels are seized but I don’t think it would take much to free them off. Ideal exhibit for Petterfest if you were so inclined or just give it a tickle up and use it. It’ll last for years.’gmail.com
