3. User-Generated Content
  1. Members can submit articles, classified adverts, and comments.
  2. Classified adverts may be publicly available, but contact details and pricing will be hidden unless the viewer is logged in.
  3. We moderate user-generated content but do not guarantee its accuracy or reliability.
4. Acceptable Use

By using the Website, you agree:

  • Not to submit false or misleading information.
  • Not to post content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
  • To respect the rules for classified adverts, article submissions, and events.
5. Payments & Refunds
  1. Payments are processed via Stripe.
  2. Membership fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
  3. If a membership is cancelled, users will retain access until the end of their billing cycle.
6. Content Ownership & Licensing
  1. Users retain ownership of their submitted content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it.
  2. The Website reserves the right to edit or remove content that violates our guidelines.
7. Classifieds & Events
  1. Users can post classified adverts under “For Sale” and “Wanted” categories.
  2. Classifieds are moderated before being published.
  3. Events require organiser details and social links.
8. Website Modifications

We may update or discontinue services, features, or terms at any time. Continued use after updates implies acceptance of changes.

9. Liability & Disclaimer
  1. We provide the Website on an “as-is” basis without warranties.
  2. We are not responsible for user-generated content, third-party actions, or technical issues.
